Class and Event fees are not refundable unless a class and or event is cancelled by us.
If you are not able to attend a class/event that you reserved on this website, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to the class to be eligible for one time use credit. Class/Event credits will not be reissued, please be sure you are able to attend your rescheduled class/event. Class Credits Expire 1 year from the date of issue.
Cancellations:
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event for any reason. In the event a class/event is cancelled by Sharon at the Barre, you will receive a notification to your registered email a minimum of 2 hours before the start of the class/event. Please be sure to check your email prior to the scheduled class/event, we can not be responsible if you neglect to check your messages. If a class/event is cancelled by us, you will have the option of a full refund, or class/event credit. If a class is rescheduled you will be given the option of a full refund, a class/event credit or to be switched to the new class/event date.
Inclement weather:
Classes or events that are canceled due to inclement weather are not eligible for a refund. In case of bad weather all registered participants will receive a class cancelation message to their registered email address. We will also post a notice on the website. You will have the option of switching to the rescheduled date or receive a class credit that does not expire.
By using our website to reserve your class and or event, you agree to the following:
RELEASE OF LIABILITY – Girasole Studio, LLC
The undersigned individual desires to use one or more of Girasole Studio, LLC facilities inclusive of rented facilities
anywhere in the USA and abroad (collectively the “Facility”) and/or to participate in activities or programs
(collectively the “Activities”) sponsored by or involving all franchises thereof (collectively,
“Girasole Studio, LLC”). In consideration for Girasole Studio, LLC permitting me to use the Facility and permitting me to
participate in the Activities, I have agreed to execute this Release of Liability (the “Release”).
I acknowledge that using the Facility and participating in the Activities may involve certain inherent risks, including
the risk of personal injury. I agree to assume all such risks, as well as any other risks involved in using the Facility,
participating in the Activities or participating in any other activity sponsored by or involving Girasole Studio, LLC. I
release and discharge Girasole Studio, LLC and all of its employees, agents, representatives, partners, and members,
well as all other persons or entities that may own, operate, or manage each Facility, as well as any and all other persons
or entities that might have any liability whatsoever to be related to the Facility, the Activities, or Girasole Studio, LLC
(collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all damages, actions, claims, and liabilities, whether
known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspected or unsuspected, relating to or arising from any activity,
occurrence or even involving, related to, or arising out of the Facility, the Activities, or Girasole Studio, LLC. This
Release is intended to release and discharge the Released Parties from all damages, actions, claims, and liabilities
of any nature, specifically including, but not limited to, damages, actions, claims, and liabilities arising from or
related to the negligence of the Released Parties. I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend
Girasole Studio, LLC and each of the other Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability and expense,
including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by Girasole Studio, LLC or any of the other Released Parties as a
result of my using the Facility, participating in the Activities, or participating in any other activity sponsored by
or involving Girasole Studio, LLC.
Girasole Studio, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph taken at the Facility, or in connection with any Activities
or other activities involving Girasole Studio, LLC, including but not limited to those taken during a program, a birthday
party, a group event, or other Activity, to be used in Girasole Studio, LLC promotional materials, brochures and website.
