Studio Etiquette
- Arrive on time – try to arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to remove your shoes and coat and get settled on your yoga mat. Schedule your desired class time prior to your visit when you can.
- Respect personal space – people come to yoga to relax and switch off. Our space is small, please stagger mats. Respect those around you, place your mat down quietly. Move and speak as quietly as you can while getting ready for class. Respect a quiet yoga practice as you enter the practice room. Do not move or step on others mats.
- Leave Personal Items in Reception- Leave your shoes, cell phones, and bags in the designated area. Silence all cell phones and smart watches. Please respect our practice space, leave personal items outside of the practice space. This allows the space to feel open and spacious, rather than cluttered. It’s all about creating the perfect ambiance for you.
- Mind Personal Hygiene – wear deodorant, use mouthwash or mints, no strong perfumes, lotions, or oils
- Respect the Instructor – don’t correct instruction or create disruption
- Practice Savasana – observe silence and stillness during savasana
Smile, Honor yourself and your Practice, Thank you for being here.
