Vinyasa and Vino… Join us Sunday January 26th, for an all levels vinyasa flow class. Students will flow through different postures, moving with their breath, building strength, and flexibility connecting body and mind. Modifications are offered to accommodate student practice levels and needs.
After class enjoy tasting fine Italian wines, with authentic Italian bites prepared by Chef Gio at Gio Culinary Studio.
