Slow Flow Yoga A step up from gentle, yet a slower pace practice than vinyasa. This class is perfect for beginner students looking to build a foundation for their yoga journey. Students will slowly transition through different postures, linking breath with movement. Holding postures, building strength, and stamina. Each slow flow class will have a varying concentration, class focus and any required props will be provided at the beginning of each practice. Class time 60 minutes |
