Class Type: Core Flow 

In this Core flow class we focus on the entire core, not just the superficial “six pack abs”, because our core is made up of so much more.  In this all levels class students will focus on movements and postures that will help to create a stronger, more stable core.  Benefits of a stronger core include, increased mobility, improved balance and posture, and decreased back pain.  

Some core flow classes may be plank intensive, meaning students may spend longer periods of time in plank positions bearing weight on their wrists and hands. Modifications are offered to accommodate, as well as periods of rest and varying wrist exercises.
