Chair Yoga

Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, making a yoga practice more accessible for all levels.  However great for beginner yoga students, or students with reduced mobility, fitness levels, strength or flexibility.  Students will focus on  breath, proper posture,  and alignment, building strength and flexibility.

Addition of light weights to build upper body strength added  at the end of practice for a Chair Yoga Sculpt experience

Class time 60 minutes
